Baked Chili Cream Cheese Dip

Spread out a block of cream cheese in a baking dish. Open a can of chili (yeah, canned chili, sounds gross, but turns out good – I use Health Valley spicy vege black bean chili -- if you're picky, use leftover "real" chili.

Dump the chili over the cream cheese, top with a big ol' handful of shredded cheddar or jack cheese, and spoon some salsa on top. Bake 10-15 minutes at 350F until everything melts. Scoop it up with tortilla chips.
