Reuben Casserole Dip rec.food.cooking/JANIC412/1998
1 pound deli corned beef sliced thin 1/2 cupThousand Island dressing 1 cup saurkraut well drained 1/2 pound swiss cheese grated
Tear the corned beef into small chunks and put in a well greased casserole dish( about 9x12). Spread dressing over meat. Top with saurkraut. Cover with cheese.
Bake 350F until hot and bubbly. Serve with party rye bread or rye crackers.
I have made this the day before and heatened just before guests arrive.
