Recipe(tried): Chocolate Red Beet Cake - Best chocolate cake ever

This was the best ever chocolate cake ever. It is so moist and very tasteful. I use coconut oil for the oil and it gives it a very good flavor. I have made this recipe now 4 times. We all really love it.
