Wine Chicken Better known as Coq au Vin, this recipe is so easy in the crock.
2-1/2 to 3 lbs chicken, cut up 1 envelope onion mushroom soup 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon thyme 1 clove of garlic, minced 1-1/2 cups dry red wine 1/2 cup water 1 can small onions, drained 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Place the chicken in your slow cooker. Mix together all remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
