South of the Border Chicken Crockpot
4 boneless chicken breast halves 1 can broccoli cheese soup 1/3 cup evaporated milk 4 cups hot cooked rice salsa sour cream 1 small avocado, sliced (optional)
Place chicken in bottom of crock-pot cover with soup and milk. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours. Serve with rice. Top with salsa, sour cream and avocado.
