Coconut Chocolate Balls

8 ounces milk chocolate , finely chopped or grated
4 ounces semisweet chocolate, finely chopped or grated
8 ounces flaked coconut
2 cups crispy rice cereal

Line a baking sheet with waxed paper.

In the top of a double boiler over simmering water, melt the chocolates, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in coconut and cereal.

Butter or oil your hands and roll tablespoons of the mixture into small balls. Place balls on the prepared pan.

Chill 1 hour or until firm.
