Pineapple Coleslaw (Australian) rec.food.recipes/Linda/Tennessee/2001
3 cups shredded cabbage 1/2 cup pineapple pieces 1/2 cup green pepper 1/2 cup walnut or pecan pieces 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise 1 Tbsp. pineapple juice 1 Tbsp. lemon juice 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil salt and pepper to taste
Mix cabbage, pineapple pieces, green pepper and walnut or pecan pieces together well.
Combine mayonnaise, pineapple juice, lemon juice, oil and salt and pepper well and pour over salad. Toss lightly.
