Tofu Dill Dip rec.food.cooking/bmailman/1994
Everyone's who's had this is very surprised to find out its dairy-free.
Garlic White wine vinegar (maybe 2-3 tablespoons, maybe more) Package of firm tofu Dill weed Salt/White pepper (to taste) cayenne pepper (optional)
Chop garlic in food processor with vinegar. Add tofu and dill and give it a whirl.
Add salt and white pepper to taste. Maybe, a couple grains of cayenne.
If dip is too thick, add more vinegar to thin. Store covered in refrigerator.
