Praline Tulips with Cream Filling

1/4 cup margarine
3 tablespoons light corn syrup
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon flavored liquor
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon molasses
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup chopped pecans

Combine margarine, sugar, corn syrup and molasses in saucepan and heat until melted.

Combine flour and nutmeg in mixing bowl. Stir in margarine mixture. Stir in liquor and add pecans and mix well.

Drop mixture by teaspoons onto baking pan lined with parchment paper, about 4 inches apart on all sides.

Bake at 350 degrees, 8-10 minutes until browned. Remove from oven and let cool 30 seconds. Invert sheet paper onto clean surface. Gently pull paper back. Rub paper with towel if necessary. Shape cookies into cups.

CREAM FILLING
1 cup whipping cream
1/2 ounce flavored liquor
1/2 ounce sugar

Whip cream and sugar until stiff. Gently fold in liquor. Pipe into cookies.
