Pork Chop Casserole
6 medium pork chops 1 cup quick cooking rice 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 cup milk
Brown chops. (you may want to sprinkle some meat tenderizer on chops before cooking them). Sprinkle cooked rice over and around chops. Mix soup and milk thoroughly; pour over chops and rice. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees, covered; uncovered the last 1/2 hour.
