Pudding Cookies
great for kids cooking
1 cup baking mix (bisquick)
1 package favorite instant pudding, small size box
1/4 cup cooking oil
1 egg
Heat oven to 350.
Mix all ingredients until dough forms a ball. Shape dough into balls, using 1 teasoonful for each. Place on ungreased baking sheet.
Dip bottom og glass into sugar; press on balls to flatten.
Bake 8 minutes.
