Romaine, torn into salad sized pieces Crumbled bleu cheese Balsamic vinegar
Toss the romaine with bleu cheese to taste. Pour the balsamic vinegar over all, again to taste. Toss all together and serve immediately.
I have found that cleaned and packaged salad mixes, without head lettuce, work the best if you want more variety than just romaine.
