Garbanzo Bean Hummus
2 cups canned garbanzo beans, drained; reserve liquid 1/4 cup tahini paste 1 tsp. ground cumin powder 1 tsp. paprika salt and pepper to taste 2 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tbsp. olive oil parsley for garnish
Blend together all the ingredients to smooth paste. Add the reserved bean liquid if too thick.
Garnish with Parsley and a little olive oil and serve as dip.
