Smoked Salmon Spread
1 lb. cream cheese 1/2 cup heavy cream 2 green onions chopped 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped 2 Tbsp. fresh minced dill (or 2 tsp. dried) 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice 1 clove garlic minced dash of hot pepper sauce salt and pepper to taste 8 oz. smoked salmon shredded
Beat cream cheese and cream in a large bowl.
Stir in green onion, parsley, dill, lemon juice, garlic and hot sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste. Fold in smoked salmon.
Serve with crackers, vegetables or slices of French bread.
