Spicy Thai Vinaigrette
1/4 tsp fresh ginger; finely chopped 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes or 1 garlic clove 1/2 tsp sesame oil chile oil, to taste
optional red onions; chopped jicama mandarin oranges *or* orange slices Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour over mixed lettuces, toss and serve.
