Blue Cheese Burgers
1 lb. lean ground beef 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper 4 whole wheat hamburger buns
Prepare and heat grill.
In large bowl, combine ground beef, blue cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper and mix gently. Form into 4 patties.
Cook 4-6-inches from medium coals for 13-15 minutes, turning once, until thoroughly cooked and no longer pink in center. Serve on hamburger buns with traditional burger toppings.
