Red Onion Salsa
1 1/2 cup red onion [chopped] 3/4 cup tomatoes [chopped] 1/4 cup green onions [chopped] 1/4 cup lemon juice 2 tbsp. cilantro 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp. oil 1 tsp. soy sauce 4 cloves garlic [minced]
