Cornflake Macaroons
2 egg whites 1 cup sugar 2 cups cornflakes 1 cup coconut 1/2 cup nuts, chopped 1/2 tsp vanilla
Beat egg whites until stiff and dry. Fold in sugar gradually. Add cornflakes, coconut, nuts, and vanilla. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto well greased cookie sheet.
Bake in 325F oven until light brown.
