Microwave Turkey Tacos

1 pound ground turkey
2 tablespoons dried onion
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon pepper
10 taco shells
1 to 2 tomatoes, chopped
2 to 3 cups lettuce, shredded
2/3 cup reduced-fat cheddar cheese, grated

In 1-quart microwave-safe dish combine turkey, onion, chili powder, paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, garlic powder and pepper. Cover.

Microwave at HIGH (100% power) 5 to 6 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink. Stir one to two times during cooking.

Spoon turkey mixture into taco shells; top each taco with tomatoes, lettuce and cheese or other desired toppings.
