Country Style Potatoes
1/4 cup melted butter 3 cups chopped cooked potatoes 3/4 teaspoon basil 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1 medium onion, chopped
Melt butter in skillet. Add potatoes, basil, salt and pepper. Saute until potatoes are light brown. Add onion. Cook just until onion is tender-crisp.
