Chicken Barbecued in a Bag
1 cup brown rice 1 cup water 1 can cream of mushroom soup 12 chicken thighs 1 envelope barbecue flavored shake-n-bake Spray crock pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Mix rice, water, and soup. Pour it into the crock pot.
Put the chicken and shake-n-bake into a roasting bag. Inflate the bag, twisting the top to trap air and shake to coat the chicken.
Poke 3-4 holes in the top of the bag and place on the rice.
Cook on low 8-10 hours.
