Mashed Potato Dumplings for Stew
2 cups mashed potatoes 1 egg 1/4 cup flour 1 tbsp onion, minced 1 tbsp parsley, chopped 1/2 tsp salt
In small bowl combine all ingredients, mixing well.
Drop by rounded spoonfuls on top of hot stew. Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
