Dutch Red Cabbage
1 head red cabbage, shredded fine 4 apples, peeled and sliced 1/2 cup vinegar 1/2 cup water 3 tablespoons sugar 1 small onion, sliced dash of ground cloves 3 tablespoons butter Place ingredients in crock cooker in order listed. Cover and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours. Stir in a little more butter at serving time.
