Fabulous Cheese Fondue (crock pot)
1 Tbsp margarine 1/4 cup onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 Tbsp all-purpose flour 1/2 cup dry white wine 1/4 cup reduced-fat milk 8-oz Cheddar cheese, shredded 8-oz Gruyère cheese 2-oz Blue cheese, crumbled 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes 4 to 6 drops hot pepper sauce
Combine all ingredients in the stoneware. Cover cook on Low 2 to 2 1/2 hours, stirring once or twice, until cheese is melted and smooth.
