Barbecued Pork Strips
1/2 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup dry sherry 1/2 cup brown sugar 2 cloves garlic, crushed 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1/2 cup barbecue sauce 1 (8-ounce) can pineapple chunks (do not drain) 3 pounds lean pork, cut into strips, browned in a skillet, and drained
Combine all ingredients except pork strips in Crock Pot and stir well. Add pork and stir to coat. Cook on low, covered, for 8 to 10 hours. Serve with sauce.
Makes about 15 servings
