BLEU CHEESE BALLS

2 to 3 cans refrigerator biscuits (store brand work fine)
1/2 cup margarine or butter
1 small package (about 1/2 cup) crumbly Bleu Cheese

Preheat oven according to biscuit package directions.

Cut biscuits into quarters and place on baking sheet.

Melt margarine and cheese in small saucepan over medium-low heat. Brush biscuits with cheese mixture.

Bake according to package directions. Watch closely for last 2 minutes so they don't scorch.

Makes about 80

Note: Wrap well to keep warm while transporting. Can be reheated in microwave.
