Black Russian Cake (Liqueur)
1/2 cup vegetable oil 1 pkg cake mix 1 pkg instant pudding 4 eggs 3/4 cup coffee 1/4 cup coffee liqueur 2 tbsp vodka
Mix devil's food cake mix with instant chocolate pudding mix.
Beat eggs and add to the mixture. Add liquid ingredients (coffee, liqueur and vodka). Mix well. Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan.
Bake in 350F oven for 45-50 minutes. Cool cake and remove from pan.
NOTE: Use chocolate instant pudding. Use either a devil's food or chocolate cake mix. You can also sprinkle cooled cake with powdered sugar. |
