Crunchy Granola (reduced fat)
3 cups rolled wheat or oats 1 cup whole wheat flour 1 cup dry milk powder 1/2 cup wheat germ 1/2 cup wheat bran or oat bran 1/2 cup Cream of Wheat, Ralston or sesame seeds 1/2 cup sunflower seeds or nuts 1 tablespoon cinnamon 2/3 cup honey 1/3 cup water 1/4 cup oil 1 teaspoon vanilla
Measure the dry ingredients into a large bowl. Stir together the liquids and mix in with the dry ingredients.
Place in two large greased pans and bake in a 300F oven for 30 to 60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool, stir and store in a sealed container.
