Cocoa-Fluff Truffles
1 (16-oz.) package semisweet-chocolate pieces 1 (7 1/2-oz.) jar Marshmallow Fluff (2 1/2 cups)
In double boiler top, over hot, not boiling water, melt chocolate.
Blend in Fluff; add flavorings (below). Cool slightly.
Shape into 1/2-inch balls.

FLAVORINGS:
PEPPERMINT Knead in 2 tsp. peppermint extract . Shape into balls. Roll in chocolate sprinkles.
COCONUT: After shaping plain chocolate truffles, roll in flaked coconut.
WALNUT: After shaping plain chocolate truffles, roll in minced walnuts.
