Pesto Pistachio Cheese
1 package (8oz.) cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup thawed frozen pesto sauce 1/2 cup natural California pistachios, chopped Fresh basil sprigs or parsley Diced radish, red bell pepper or tomato French bread baguettes, sliced
Beat cheese with pesto sauce and 1/4 cup pistachios. Spoon into scooped plate and spread out onto flat layer. Sprinkle remaining pistachios in ring on top. Garnish with basil and radish. Serve with sliced French bread.
