Shrimp Dip Miami (Hot and Spicy!) rec.food.recipes/SSMNITA/2003
1 lb. shrimp, cooked, peeled, chopped 8 oz. cream cheese (softened) 1/3 cup catsup 1 tsp. dried grated onion [1 Tbsp Fresh Onion (sweet type) grated] 1 tsp. prepared horseradish* 1/2 tsp. hot red pepper (cayenne)* 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce.
Blend ingredients. Serve with crackers.
*For a milder dip, reduce to 1/2 this amount or omit.
