Pepper and Cabbage Salad Servings: 6
1/2 cup Seasoned Rice Vinegar 1 small (1 lb) red or green cabbage, shredded 2 large red or green bell peppers, or a combination, julienned 1 small onion, cut in half and sliced thinly 2 cloves garlic, chopped finely
Toss vinegar with next 4 ingredients. Marinate several hours in the refrigerator.
