Balsamic Strawberries
1 pound strawberries 1 ounce balsamic vinegar 1 lemon 2 ounces sugar 10 black peppercorns 1 ounce white wine
Wash and slice the strawberries. In a bowl, mix the sugar, vinegar, white wine and jusice of the lemon. Mix until the sugar liquifies. Pour the strawberries and the pepper into the mixture and mix well. Refridgerate for 1-2 hours. Serve with strawberries.
