King Ranch Casserole
1 chicken, stewed, deboned and without skin cut or tear into bite size pieces 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can Rotel tomatoes 1 medium onion, chopped 1 pkg. corn tortillas, cut into 6ths 1/2 lb shredded cheddar cheese
Mix the soups and rotel together. Set aside. In a greased casserole pan, layer in following order, chicken, tortillas, onion, soup mixture and cheese. Repeat ending with cheese on top. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
