Chili Seasoning Mix:
Yields: 3/4 cup

1/4 c.ground red chili pepper or cayenne
1/4 c.paprika
2 Tbls.dried minced onions
4 tsp.cumin seeds
2 tsp.dried oregano
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp.garlic powder
1 tsp.crushed dried red pepper

Combine all ingredients & store in a tightly sealed container.

Add 3 Tbls.to each pound of meat when making chili.Replace commercial chili powder in favorite recipes.Use to season meat for tacos or taco salad.Add to ground beef for grilled burgers or a meatloaf.
