Spanish Hominy
1 lb ground beef 1 (29-oz) can hominy, undrained 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated 1 cup enchilada sauce 1/8 cup cornmeal 1/2 tsp garlic powder
In skillet brown meat and drain.
Add hominy, cheese, enchilada sauce, cornmeal and garlic powder. Put into a greased casserole dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
