Creamy Red Potatoes (crock pot)
2 lbs small red potatoes, quartered 1 (8-oz) pkg. Cream cheese, softened 1 (10-3/4-oz.) can condensed cream of potato soup 1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
Place potatoes in crock-pot. In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, soup and dressing mix until well-blended stir into potatoes. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until potatoes are tender.
