Pork Chops and Beans rec.food.cooking/Helen Peagram/1998 Yield: 4 Servings
4 pork chops, loin or shoulder 30 oz pork and beans in tomato sauce 1 medium onion, minced 1/2 tsp salt 6 tbsp ketchup
Brown chops lightly. Mix beans and remaining ingredients. Place in a 9 inch square pan or casserole. Top with chops and bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350F.
