Double-Cheese Wheat Bread (bread machine) Source: Medford Mail Tribune, 10 May 1994
1/2 cup milk 1/3 cup water 3/4 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 cups bread flour 1/2 cup whole wheat flour 1 ounce cheddar cheese; shredded 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese; grated 1 tablespoon sugar 1 1/2 teaspoons bread machine yeast
Add ingredients to bread machine in order suggested by the manufacturer, adding the cheeses with the flours. Process on basic white bread cycle, light color setting if desired. Store bread in the refrigerator; bring to room temperature before serving.
