Broccoli with Orange and Walnuts

1 1/2 lbs. broccoli
1 large orange
1/4 stick butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped and toasted

From orange, grate 1 teaspoon peel and squeeze 1/3 cup juice. Set aside.

Cut broccoli into florets. In large skillet over high heat, bring broccoli and 1 cup water to a boil. Cover and cook 3 minutes or until tender-crisp; drain. Place in serving dish and cover.

Over medium-high heat, cook orange peel, juice, butter and salt for 2 minutes. Pour over broccoli; toss until well combined. Top with walnuts.
