Three Ingredient Chicken
1 jar salsa 4 medium skinless boneless chicken breast halves 1/4 cup apricot preserves
Rinse chicken, pat dry and place on rack of broiler pan. Broil 4 to 5 inches from heart for 10 to 12 minutes (turn after 5 to 6 minutes of broiling).
In a small pan, heat together the salsa and preserves just until preserves are melted. Spoon over broiled chicken.
