Szechwan Ramen Shrimp Stir-Fry
1/2 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined 1/2 cup chopped walnuts 2 tsp. oil 1 1/2 cups broccoli florets 2 oz. snow peas 1 large carrot, sliced 1 small onion, sliced 2 cups water 1 tsp. sesame oil 2 packages Maruchan Ramen Shrimp Flavor
Saute shrimp and walnuts in hot oil until shrimp turns pink. Remove from pan; keep warm. Add remaining ingredients to pan. Stir and cook 3 to 4 minutes until liquid is absorbed. Add shrimp and walnuts and serve immediately.
