Caribbean Spicy Grilled Tuna Serves 4
2 tbsp Freshly Grated Root Ginger *1-1/2 teasp Ground Cumin *1- 1/2 teasp Ground Coriander *1/2 teasp Cayenne Pepper 2 tbsp Olive Oil 1 tbsp Lime Juice Salt 4 Tuna Fillets or steaks, (about 2.5cm/1-inch thick)
Preheat the grill to hot and line the grill pan with aluminium foil. Place the cumin, coriander, cayenne (or contents of spice pack) oil, lime, ginger and salt in a shallow dish and mix well. Add the fish and turn to coat on all sides then grill for 3-5 minutes on each side or to your liking. Serve immediately.
