Chipotle and Orange Glazed Baby Carrots
Yield: 12 carrots

12 baby carrots, peeled and blanched
2 tsp raw butter
4 TBSP fresh orange juice
1/16th tsp chipotle finely chopped

In a saucepan melt the butter with the chipotle and orange juice. Add the carrots and reduce the liquid onto the carrots.
