Equal Chocolate Chip Cookies Source: Equal Sweetner
2 2/3 cups stick butter or margarine, softened 8 eggs, slightly beaten 3 tablespoons vanilla 6 1/2 tablespoons Bulk Pack EQUAL® Sweetner 2 2/3 cups firmly packed brown sugar 1 1/2 quarts all-purpose flour 1 tablespoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 quart semi-sweet chocolate chips
Beat butter in 12-quart bowl of mixer fitted with paddle attachment on medium speed 1 minute or until fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla until blended.
Mix in Equal® and brown sugar until well combined. Gradually mix in combined flour, baking soda and salt until blended.
Using low speed, mix in chocolate chips. Drop dough by #100 scoops (about 2 teaspoons) onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake in preheated 350F standard oven 8 to 10 minutes or until light golden brown. Remove to wire racks and cool completely.
