This recipe complements Conch or Salt Cod fritters, fried fish or seafood, especially the breaded versions & chicken breasts breaded & baked or fried.
Mango Mustard
6 oz. olive oil 8 oz. Dijon mustard 8 oz. dry white wine 1/2 cup pureed fresh ripe mango 1 tsp garlic salt 2 tb soy sauce
Whisk oil into mustard & wine. Add mango puree, garlic salt & soy sauce. Cover & refrigerate & serve chilled.
