1 lb. Ground Beef 1 can of Corn 2 cans of Mushroom Soup 4-5 medium Potatoes Salt & Pepper to taste (Fried Mushrooms & Onions - optional)
Cook and mash potatoes. Cook ground beef, remove fat. In a oven cook dish mix ground beef, mushroom soups and corn, salt and pepper...stir. Put mashed potatoes on the top of misture, then heat in oven at 350 for above 20 minutes or until soup shows on edges of potatoes. Brown top of potatoes with broiler.
You can make prepare ahead of time and place in oven when ready. Simple and kids love it!
