Bananas Baked in Orange Juice

2 bananas, peeled
1 orange, peeled and cut in chunks
2 Tbsp orange juice
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1/3 cup sugar
dash of cinnamon
dash of nutmeg

Arrange bananas in a shallow baking dish. Add orange and lemon juices, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until bananas are golden and tender. Serve hot or cold.
