Bananas with Honey
8 bananas juice of one lemon 2 T butter 1 cup honey 1 1/4 cups coconut cream (or coconut milk) 1 cup coconut grated Peel bananas. Cut into 1-1/2 inch pieces. Place in greased baking pan. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Dot with butter. Cover with honey. Bake at 400 F. for 20 minutes. Top with coconut cream. Garnish with coconut. Serve hot.
