Easy Family Chocolate Pie
Crust: 8 double graham crackers, crushed finely 1/4 cup butter, melted 2 Tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Filling: 1 (8oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 1/4 cups milk 1 pkg. (4 1/2oz.) chocolate instant pudding mix
Topping: 1 cup heavy whipping cream 3 Tbsp. powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Mix all crust ingredients. Set aside 1 Tbsp. of mixture for garnish. Press the rest into a 9" pie pan. Chill for 45 minutes.
For filling: beat cream cheese in large mixing bowl until smooth. Gradually stir in milk. add dry pudding mix & stir well. Pour into chilled shell. Chill at least 1 hr. Top with the sweetented whipped cream & sprinkle remaining crumb mixtue over top of pie. Serves 8.
